Young Learners at Cwmbach Church in Wales Primary School are to feature on the world’s longest-running children’s television show, having taken part in a successful UK-wide literacy challenge.

The children have enjoyed being a part of BBC TV’s Blue Peter Reading Challenge, which encourages thousands of children to sit down and pick up a book – so much so, they are now official judges at the annual Blue Peter Book Awards.
