Wales’ Historic Sites say ‘diolch’
Written by Gavin on 23rd April 2020
More historic sites under Cadw’s care will tonight be lit up at 8pm in support of the amazing work done by the NHS and Social Care workers in Wales this week.
As of Thursday 23 April, the following sites will be lit up in blue every evening, Chepstow; Tintern; Kidwelly; Harlech; Cricceth; Caernarfon; Beaumaris and Rhuddlan.
The word ‘diolch’ will also appear on Caerphilly and Conwy Castles.
Members of the public are reminded to stay home, however, anyone who can see the sites from their homes are asked to tag @cadwwales in any social media posts.
All Cadw sites, both staffed and unstaffed, remain closed to visitors at this time.
