Exciting times are ahead here at GTFM with our recent expansion with new transmitters in the Cynon Valley, it is a great time to join the team!
We have volunteer roles in the following areas:
- Weekday Daytime Presenters
- News Presenters
- Journalists
- Fundraisers
- Sales Executives
- Website and Social Media
- Events
We are particularly keen to hear from you if you live within the Rhondda Cynon Taf area.

It doesn’t matter if you have little to no experience, as long as you are committed, and confident we can give you the skills to become a great broadcaster.
GTFM has a great track record with former volunteers going on to gain employment at BBC Radio, both local and National, BBC News, ITV, SKY News, Commercial radio, print and online media, TV and Film and much, much more.
