GTFM Trips to Wales increase

Figures published by the Welsh Government this week show that there was an increase in the number of people enjoying day trips to Wales from June last year to May of this year
There’s also been a significant rise in the money spent by these visitors whilst here.
84 million tourism day visits were made by British residents to Wales, and these visitors spent over £3.168 million.
Average spend per day trip in Wales is higher than in Great Britain as a whole.
