Self Defence classes for women and girls

South Wales Police have teamed up with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council to give women and girls free self-defence classes.
The classes aim to teach basic self-defence skills to hundreds of women and girls across the borough to improve self-confidence and feelings of personal safety.
The sessions which will take place throughout March this year, and will be led by a self-defence expert who has designed a simple but effective session that will teach basic self-defence techniques.
You must live in Rhondda Cynon Taff and be aged 16 or over To secure you place please contact the Leisure for Life Offices on 01443 562202 (option 1) and a member of staff will take you through the booking procedure.

Tonyrefail on Saturdays 1345-1545
Llantwit Fardre on Sundays 1000-1200
Runs throughout March and concludes on the 27th March 2022.
