Police Appeal After Damage at Aberdare RFC

Officers in Aberdare are appealing for information after damage was caused to the Aberdare RFC spectator stand.
Seats were damaged along with speaker equipment and a refreshments area, which is expected to cost the club thousands of pounds to fix.
The damage was reported by the club on Thursday, 30th December.
Officers are now appealing to anybody who has information about the incident to make contact.
Acting Inspector Sara Jehu, said: “This is a mindless vandalism by a small minority who have no regard for their community. It won’t be tolerated by the people of Aberdare and the reaction from people in the town has been very encouraging – we’ve been passed information which we are now following up.”
