From Toulouse to Tonypandy

Update – He’s made it.
Ryan Addis arrived in Tonypandy after 12 days on his bike, cycling from Toulouse in France to Tonypandy.
Local man, Ryan Addis is cycling from Toulouse to Tonypandy to raise money for the not-for-profit “World of Words” organisation (www.worldofwords.education)
Since 2009, the innovative Rhondda literacy and well being initiative has helped 19 schools and over 2,400 children aged 5-11 years.
All of World of Words work is achieved via fundraising and lots of of hard graft.
Ryan has been working in France recently but has decided to not take the plane home, but instead cycle to Tonypandy.
On Thursday (13th July) WOW welcomed Wales football manager Chris Coleman and Kit Symons to its three current schools of Williamstown Primary, Ton Pentre Juniors and Parc Primary, Cwmparc and a magnificent day was had by all.
