Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB holds extra clinics for Over 40s
Written by Gavin on 21st May 2021
Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB is putting on extra clinics for people aged 40 and over to make
sure nobody is left behind in its vaccination programme.
Next week’s clinics at the Health Board’s community vaccination centres are for the over
40’s, who are yet to have their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and do not have an
upcoming appointment.
Cwm Taf Morgannwg is asking people to complete its Over 40 form (COVID-19 Vaccine
Information – Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board) on its website. A member of
the team will then be in touch.
It could be that you initially declined the offer of the vaccine but have since changed your
mind, whatever the reason, Cwm Taf Morgannwg is determined nobody will be left behind
and that everyone is offered the opportunity of having the vaccine.
The Health Board has administered more than 415,000 vaccines* (first and second doses)
with 120,000 people living in the CTM area now fully vaccinated. It remains on course to
achieve its aim of offering all eligible adults (18+) a vaccine by the end of July.
For more information on the CTM’s vaccination programme please find the latest weekly
vaccination update here.
