Ahead of the lights switch-on event, a children’s Christmas lantern making workshop is taking place in Pontypridd Museum on Saturday, November 18th from 11am – 12pm. All workshop participants are invited to join the lantern parade on switch-on day.
Further events are planned by Pontypridd Town Council throughout the festive season.

“This year’s Christmas Cracker event promises to be a great start to the festive season. In challenging times such as these we’re glad to be able to bring some festive cheer to Pontypridd with a free event such as this, where our community can come together to celebrate the magic of Christmas.
It’s going to be a fantastic event and a great start to the Christmas celebrations Pontypridd Town Council has planned throughout December.”
