OUTDOOR MEETINGS TO BE ALLOWED

When the First Minister makes an announcement at lunchtime today about relaxation of lockdown rules in Wales, Mark Drakeford is expected to say that from Monday, people from two different households in the same (5 mile) local area will be able to meet up outdoors, provided they maintain social distancing and hand hygene. And there will be no limit on the number of people involved, unlike similar new rules in Scotland and England.
