Valleys Steps offers six week courses somewhere near you on an on-going basis

RCT area courses starting on the week commencing 6th November are as follows:

Monday 6th November, 10-11:30am – Stress Control at Abercynon Library
Wednesday 8th November, 2:30-4pm – Mindfulness at Porth Library
Thursday 9th November, 1-2:30pm – Mindfulness at Caerlan Hall, Llantrisant
Thursday 9th November, 6-7:30pm – Stress Control at St Dyfrig’s Church Hall, Treforest
