Believe it or not, Mental illness is still a taboo subject and there’s no hard and fast rules for talking about it.
Mental health charities across Wales and the wider UK are asking you to take 5 minutes out of your day to have a conversation about mental health.
Granted it doesn’t have to be that day in particular, but raising awareness that it’s good to talk.
Talking about mental health may be or become distressing for people and this day is a chance to promote the vast range of support services available.
