Porth Collision

Two men have been taken to hospital after a van and a car collided earlier this morning.

It happened near the Rheola Bridge in Porth just before 9am.

South Wales Police have said a 76-year-old, who was driving a black Citroen C1, and a 53-year-old, behind the wheel of a silver Renault Trafic were both injured in the incident.

The road was closed for three hours, but has since reopened.

The A4058 road in the Porth area is now open following the road traffic collision this morning. The public are thanked…
